Each session will start at 10am and last one hour.
Join us each month as we continue the practices introduced in the Mindfulness and Meditation Series, and introduce new ones.
These sessions are led by John, Mike and Ruth, and provide an opportunity for everyone who has taken our series on Mindfulness and Meditation to continue practicing together. We will also be introducing new practices in meditation, mindful movement and informal mindfulness.
