If you enjoy singing along to the classic hits from “yesteryear” and more up to date songs including Show tunes, Country and Western, and much more, then this group is for you. We are not a choir, knowledge of music is not required, lyrics are provided at every session, CD’s are used as background, and very occasionally we are lucky enough to have a musical accompaniment.
Members are asked if they have a favourite song and have the CD, and to bring it with them to a session so that we can try it out, and if it works, we add it to our extensive repertoire.
We are a very friendly group and would particularly welcome male members with their deep, rich voices.
After our singing session we socialise over a cup of tea/coffee, so that we can meet one another and make new friends.
When and Where we meet
The group meets on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month at 9.30am for 9.45am start, until 10.45am at the Longmead Wellbeing Centre, Sefton Road, Epsom, KT19 9HG.
